Tuesday, November 30th

Okay, I'm here. I've been meaning to post, but time always seems to get away from me.

Things I accomplished today:

• Boy Monkeys' Room ~ cleaned, sheets changed (technically they did this last night, but still), vacuumed
• Girl Monkey's Room ~ cleaned, sheets changed (still last night), vacuumed
• Hallway ~ swept, swiffered, steam mopped
• Living room ~ swept, swiffered, steam mopped
• Light Laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• Sheets ~ washed, dried, still sitting in the dryer because I'm tired and don't feel like folding them right now, so they will simply have to wait until tomorrow! Which will have to happen because I refuse to walk across the palatial mansion we have here to even take them out of the dryer!
• Work ~ helped with Moms Day Out at the Y from 10:30 am to 1 pm, which is much more exhausting than it sounds when you find out I had to be in the swimming pool with 12 3 and 4 year olds!
• Me ~ washed, blown dry, and that is all. I brushed my teeth before work, but due to the phone ringing as I was finishing and it was of course the call I was waiting for!
• Piano ~ Children came, saw, and conquered! Now I must remember to have them practice! Recital only 2 weeks away!! Yikes!

I've been busy! I have plans for tomorrow including the Girl Monkey's hair cut! I'm very excited about that one! So I'll talk with you all tomorrow. Hopefully with folded sheets!

Monday November 15th

Happy Monday evening! I kinda failed today. I got things done, but completely gave up on other things.

Things I accomplished today:

• Master Bathroom ~ cleaned, steam mopped
• Monkeys' Bathroom ~ cleaned, steam mopped
• Dishwasher ~ emptied, filled, washed, refilled
• Dark Laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• Me ~ showered, blown dry, dressed, worked, created dinner, ran/walked around the neighborhood twice, helped with homework, and read with Monkey-2

I'm going to have to step up my game if I'm going to get things done tomorrow. I've got a list of stuff to do, and a ton of laundry so I'm gonna be a busy little bee!

Tuesday November 9th

For those of you who noted that I was suspiciously absent yesterday, I have a GREAT excuse! I went to preschool with Monkey-3 for parent's day, and then had to work, and I'm on my own with three Monkey's while RS is out of town on business! So there! I did one load of laundry yesterday. And to make up for that, I got up at 6:15 this morning and started cleaning!

Things I have accomplished today:

• Master Bathroom ~ cleaned, floor scrubbed
• Monkeys' Bathroom ~ cleaned, floor scrubbed
• Mirrors ~ cleaned
• Living room ~ swept, method mopped
• Hallway ~ swept, method mopped
• Boy Monkeys' Bedroom ~ cleaned, vacuumed
• Girl Monkey's Bedroom ~ cleaned, vacuumed
• Master Bedroom ~ picked up, vacuumed
• Towels ~ washed, dried, in the laundry basket to be folded and put away
• Light Laundry ~ washed, drying
• Me ~ ready to go swimming with Monkey-3 while helping out at work

Things to be accomplished today:

• Towels ~ fold, put away
• Light Laundry ~ fold, put away once dry
• Dishwasher ~ Um, I think I washed them, better check on that!
• Me ~ shower, blow dry, keep moving and don't fall asleep!
• Monkeys ~ Piano lessons, dinner

Thursday November 4th

Happy Thursday folks! I hope your day is going well and that you are living in a clean world. Or clean-ish if you are like me!

Things I accomplished today:

• Dishwasher ~ Filled, washed, ready to be emptied
• Dark Laundry ~ washed, drying
• Basement ~ cleaned, couched cleaned under and behind, book shelf organized, trash removed, vacuumed
• Me ~ still in my cleaning clothes, and I have to go to work at 1. Not good, the basement took longer than alloted. Darn messy Monkeys!

Things to be accomplished today:

• Dinner ~ Sour Cream chicken, need to get chicken out of the freezer
• Dishwasher ~ empty, refill as needed
• Dark Laundry ~ fold, put away
• Me ~ Must at least try to clean myself a little before work. MUST!
• Enjoy the beautiful day!

Wednesday November 3rd

Another day, and more cleaning getting done! Finally! I feel like I haven't done anything much lately!

Things I accomplished today:

• White Laundry ~ washed, waiting for the sheets to finish drying a little more
• Sheets ~ Most of them are folded and put away, two are in the dryer. The Spring/Summer sheets are in the basement ready to go in storage for the winter
• Linen closet ~ cleaned, see above sheet information
• Kitchen ~ finally after 3 weeks, officially CLEAN! Counters cleaned, floor steam mopped, kitchen table cleaned, stovetop cleaned
• Dishwasher ~ filled, washed, ready to be emptied
• Dinner ~ will be pancakes, and no prep work is needed
• Light Laundry ~ folded and put away (didn't get done last night)
• Me ~Um, well, I'm still here! I haven't made it to the shower yet. But fortunately it is a nothing big day! YEAH!

To be accomplished:

• Dishwasher ~ Empty and refill as needed
• White Laundry ~ dry, fold, put away
• Prepare dinner
• Pick up Girl Monkey from school RIGHT NOW!

Tuesday November 2nd

I started the day feeling like I was getting ahead, now, hours later, I feel behind. Welcome to my Tuesday!

Things I've accomplished today:

• Dinner ~ In the crock pot
• Sheets~ changed on all 4 beds (this is where the getting ahead part is. We changed the sheets last night because I wanted to put the heated mattress pad on my bed), lying in a pile in my bedroom (behind part)
• Light Laundry ~ washing (more behind)
• Voting ~ DONE. Please be sure to go out and do you civic duty.
• Work ~ Came, saw, swam, returned home!
• Girl Monkey's Parent-Teacher conference ~ came, saw, conquered! Okay came, saw, discussed Monkey's progress, she is doing fine
• Banking ~ done
• Me ~ washed, dried, blow dried, not straightened, make applied, nose stuffy

Things to be accomplished today:

• Light Laundry ~ dried, folded, put away
• Sheets ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• Dishwasher ~ emptied, refill as necessary
• Piano Lessons ~ Pick up boy Monkeys, take all three Monkeys to lessons
  
• Library ~ return books that need to be returned

We also have to eat dinner. But really we have to do that every night!

Monday November 1st

I'm back! I promise I am. At least until life gets crazy again and I don't have enough free time to rub together. But until then, I'm back!

This I've accomplished today:

• Dark Laundry ~ washed, drying
• Towels ~ washed
• Monkeys' Bathroom ~ toilet cleaned, floor steam mopped, counter and sink cleaned
• Master Bathroom ~ toilet cleaned, floor steam mopped, counter and sinks cleaned
• Hallway ~ swept and steam mopped
• Living room ~ cleaned up, swept, steam mopped
• Boy Monkeys' Bedroom ~ picked up, vacuumed
• Girl Monkey's Bedroom ~ picked up (by Girl Monkey because she is off of preschool for parent-teacher conferences today and tomorrow), vacuumed
• Master Bedroom ~ not really picked up but vacuumed!
• Dishwasher ~ filled, washing
• Basement Bathroom ~ toilet cleaned, sink cleaned
• Kitchen Island ~ mostly cleaned off

Things to be done:

• Dark Laundry ~ fold, put away
• Towels ~ dry, fold, put away
• Bath Mats ~ wash, dry, put back in bathrooms
• Dishwasher ~ empty, refill as needed
• Dinner ~ Make Ravioli casserole and put in fridge so it is ready to pull out when I return from work, possibly make breadsticks to have with dinner
• Me ~ Shower, blow-dry, dress, and go to work, try to avoid eating the Monkeys' Halloween Candy!

Some of you may notice that it is Monday and I've already accomplished most of Tuesday's cleaning. There is a reason. Tuesday is going to be an extremely busy day around my little neck of the woods. I need to accomplish voting, the Girl Monkey's parent-teacher conference, stop at the bank, take the Girl Monkey to the Y for swimming (and get paid as I'm helping out! YEAH!), head home, eat lunch, pick up the Boy Monkeys from school, head to piano lessons, take Monkeys home, head to a meeting at the Boy Monkeys' school, and then there is an exhibition basketball game. See, very little time to clean. I will still have to find time to change the sheets, but I think I can accomplish this at some point. Not to mention light laundry and the normal dishwasher needs. At least I hope I can get this all accomplished in my few moments at home tomorrow!
