Thursday 9/30

Happy Thursday!

I know, I know. I've been busy cleaning, working, taking care of my family, dealing with a very crazy dog, and trying to get ready for Monkey-2's birthday. I have been cleaning and making the house a livable place, but I just haven't been blogging. Which is mostly because I don't have all the time in the world.

Today I accomplished:

• picked up the basement
• vacuumed the basement
• emptied the dishwasher, refilled the dishwasher, will wash while I'm sleeping
• dark laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• vacuumed my bedroom

Tomorrow is Monkey-3's favorite day at preschool, Wheel Day! So she will have a wonderful time on her scooter at school. The boy Monkeys' will have a wonderful day at school too I'm sure.

Tuesday 9/14

Hope your Tuesday was uneventful.

Things I got done today:

• Light laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• dishwasher ~ filled, washed
• Boy Monkeys' Room ~ cleaned, vacuumed, de-crackered
• Girl Monkey's Room ~ cleaned and vacuumed
• Hallway ~ swept, steam mopped, method mopped
• Living room ~ cleaned, swept, steam mopped, method mopped

Things I'll have to get done tomorrow around subbing at preschool:

• cleaning the kitchen
• white laundry
• cleaning the kitchen floor

Monday 9/13

Hello Again. Since I was completely off schedule last week, I'm trying to get back on schedule this week.

Things that I did today:

• bathrooms ~ cleaned, floors scrubbed
• dark laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• towels ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• bath mats ~ washed, dried
• Worked at the Y from 1-4

I didn't get around to emptied the dishwasher, but I did wash the dishes. The RS emptied the dishwasher while he was making dinner.

I'm exhausted. My back has been killing me and I'm looking forward to making tomorrow a better day!

Monday 9/6

Today is Labor Day, but I didn't get the day off. We started the day at my parents house. We visited friends at the park. It was windy. Then we went out to lunch. Then back to my parents to pack up and head home. Once home, putting the dirty clothes in the laundry, did a load of dark laundry and towels.

Tomorrow will be a busy one. The Boy Monkeys do not have school tomorrow, so I'll be super busy with the kids, have to sew Monkey-3's first day of Pre-K dress, and the Monkeys have piano lessons tomorrow! Not to mention I have to clean the kitchen floor since I dropped a glass bottle of Mike's Hard Black Cherry Lemonade on the floor.

Friday 9/3

Ah, Friday!

Things I got done today:

• Light Laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• Dishwasher ~ emptied, filled, washed (not emptied again because it was washing as we were leaving the house to come to my parents for the weekend)
• Boy Monkeys' Room ~ vacuumed due to rocks from the school playground in my carpet
• Worked at the Y
• Took The Wonder Dog for a shot at the vet
• packed for 3 Monkeys and myself, tossed in RS stuff when he set it on the bed
• sat in the car while RS drove to my parents house
• ordered pictures that have been waiting on the computer since July to be ordered
• blogged about Monkey-1's birthday on family blog

I think that is about it. Fridays are wonderful!

Thursday 9/2

Blogging from the kitchen today. I know you are all thinking you wish you could blog from the kitchen. You can if you have a laptop and wireless internet, or if your computer is in your kitchen!

Things I did today:

• Dark Laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• Dishwasher ~ filled
• Basement ~ picked up and vacuumed
• Dinner ~ working on it as I blog. Waiting for the noodles to cook before putting it together with the meat, sauce, and cheese.

Things coming up this evening:

• Making a chocolate chip cookie
• Sewing Monkey-3's first day of school dress
• Working with the Boy Monkey on their spelling for their tests tomorrow
• Eating dinner
• washing the dishes (okay, so the dishwasher will be doing the work, but I have to put the soap in and push a button)

Wednesday 9/1

Happy 37th Anniversary to my wonderful parents!

Hope you Wednesday was wonderful.

Things I got done today:

• Dishwasher ~ filled, washed, emptied, filled, washed, emptied, filling
• Kitchen ~ cleaned, floors: swept, swiffered, steam mopped, and method mopped
• White Laundry ~ washed, dried, folded, put away
• Dinner ~ created this morning, put in the fridge, baked, eaten, and clean up (dinner this evening was French Toast)
• Banking ~ taken care of
• Library ~ picked up book that was being held for me
• Monkey-3 (the girl Monkey) ~ toe and finger nails painted with red polish with white polka dots!
• Boy Monkey's Homework ~ finished and checked
• Me ~ wishing that she could skip all the rest of the stuff that needs to be done and read. Not gonna happen, but a mommy can dream right?
