Well so far I have accomplished nothing! I forgot to brush my teeth this morning and every time I have remember I was about to eat or not at home. Oh dear.
Major SNAFU at work today, which I feel horrible about. At least my boss was very understanding and I hope that everything will work out for the best.
- Day 13, Shred, Level 2*
- Worked a wall/pool birthday party at the Y
- put up new blinds over the kitchen sick (okay, so the RS (Rocket Scientist) did the putting up, I did the shortening and making sure they still work)
- Sonic Cherry Coke (bad Sara)
*Okay, so I haven't been feeling my best today. My head has been bordering on a migraine (which for me is less pain and more a sick to my stomach feeling and a dull ache in my head). So this mornings shred was shortened by 3 minutes. I stopped when I about tossed my cookies while doing the last section of Cardio. So I stopped and came upstairs. Like I said I haven't been feeling my best today. Here's hoping sleep will make it all better.
